Shipping to us: your submission
You arrange and pay for the shipping of your cards to us yourself. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
Customs & import duties
No customs fees apply within the EU. For shipments to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway), customs and import duties may apply – these are borne by you as the recipient.
Processing time
We process your submission within a maximum of 5 working days of receipt. Your cards are then returned to you via insured return shipping.
