When you have a card graded, our experts examine it, assign a grade on a scale from 0.5 to 10 and seal it tamper-proof in a slab (a sealed protective case with a certificate). This protects the card’s condition for good and makes its value transparent and verifiable when you come to sell.

How to pack your cards
- Card into a penny sleeve (thin protective sleeve), then into a toploader (rigid plastic holder).
- Close the toploader with a team bag (resealable bag) – don’t tape it directly.
- Into a sturdy, padded envelope/box – no loose cards.

Are there any customs charges?
No. Shipping is within the EU from Germany – with no customs and no import VAT.
How are my cards graded?
On a scale from 0.5 to 10 based on centring, corners, edges and surface. From a grade of 7.0 we also report subgrades – at no extra cost. You’ll find the details in our grading standard.
Are my cards insured on the return shipment?
Yes, the return shipment is insured and tracked. From €89 order value it’s also free of charge (Germany & EU). Please also insure valuable cards when you send them in to us.
