What was criticised – and what we changed
To be honest: during our 2025 site move, some submissions were delayed by several weeks and our communication was not good enough – you will find this reflected in individual reviews. Since then we have expanded capacity and status communication; turnaround is back to a stable 5 business days maximum. Individual cases are handled directly by support: info@apgrading.net.
